My project team conducted a 10 page paper analyzing how to grow one of our team member's business' by inspecting aspects of Celius Entertainment and we actually implemented some of the changes our project team had suggested. We also conducted a marketing plan and a five year plan on how to grow this business.
MIS Case
In this Management Information Systems Case I analysed the results of different scenarios to decide whether the new SAP should be implemented or not. In this excel case, I discovered the one-time costs, recurring costs, recurring benefits, economic feasability and conducted a break-even chart.
